Note from Ray Randolph: (Revised July, 2025) I generally offer my “2-day Lean Workshop” at dates and locations which are open to any interested attenders at a per-person fee. However, I offer two additional options which may be better for your situation:

1. A Private Workshop for your business only

I conduct the 2-day Workshop exclusively for your team. This option is a good fit if you have decided to adopt Lean and want your entire workforce trained. It can also be helpful if you are considering Lean and your leadership/decision-making team is 8 or more people. A private workshop may have several advantages:

  1. We can select dates and times that better fit your schedule.
  2. We can customize the content to better fit your history with Lean or the particular needs of your business.
  3. We can do the workshop in conjunction with other services for your business, such as Lean-leader-training, implementation of a leadership operating system, hands-on process-improvement coaching, on-going accountability and coaching, etc.
  4. Lower financial investment. Instead of the normal per-person cost, I charge a flat fee plus travel expense to conduct a private 2-day Workshop. This generally becomes better around 8-10 people—depending on travel costs.

If you have questions about private workshop fees or anything else, contact me.

2. A Sponsored Workshop for your area or a group of businesses

I conduct the 2-day Workshop for an audience you select. You may publicize the workshop in your area or limit it to participants of your own choosing. This may have several advantages:

  1. You may charge “outside” attenders up to my current per-person fee. This may allow team-members of your own business to participate at a much lower per-person cost. (There may be situations where you could charge a higher amount for outside attenders. For example, if you are located in a region where I am unlikely to offer a regular workshop, participants would otherwise be required to invest cost and time for travel. A higher per-person fee would make sense in this situation. Contact me if you think this may apply)
  2. We can select dates and times that better fit your schedule.
  3. This option can provide a workshop much closer to your area than I can provide on my own.
  4. We can adjust the content some to fit the needs of your particular group.
