Policies for PeopleFirstLean events (Workshops, Training events, etc.)
- You may cancel your registration if you notify me by the end of the day on the Registration Deadline via email, text, or phone. I will refund your entire registration fee via the method of payment you used to register.
- If I must cancel an event for any reason, paid registrations will be given a full refund.
- I reserve the right to cancel events that do not have enough registrations by the registration deadline. If I cancel an event due to low registration, I will notify you promptly using the contact information you have provided, and refund your entire registration fee via the method of payment you used to register.
- I request that attenders plan to arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time so we can begin events on time. I generally plan to begin events at the announced start time.
- I request that attenders silence phones during sessions. If you must take a call, please walk out of the room before speaking. I request that you only receive calls that are genuine emergencies.
- Please contact me after an event if either of the following is true. I am open to consider refunds in these situations:
- If you were unable to attend due to a transportation problem, a health issue, or a crises in your family or business.
- If after attending you feel that you did not receive good value.
- I use a third-party payment system (”Stripe” as of 2025). I do not have access to your payment or credit card information.
