- What leaders should know to develop people and lead a successful Lean adoption
- How Lean fits the Christian worldview
- Hands-on experience of how Lean works in low-volume, high-variety production.

- Designed for owners/leaders who have taken the 1-Day Workshop. How to develop people and lead a successful Lean adoption. (Teaching only; no Lego airplane production)
